We have nothing but great things to say about Alex. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, low stress, easy to get along with, and very easy to get ahold of. When time came to put in an offer, he helped us negotiate a price that was lower than we thought we would get. We used his recommendations for lawyer and bank, and had really good experiences with both. It's hard to imagine a better experience. Often when I see this many five star reviews, I'm skeptical, but Alex really is dedicated to (and good at) his job. Also, we chose him because we liked that he is based in Albany, and he donated 10% of his profits from our sale to the Capital District Community Gardens (a nonprofit that brings fresh produce and community gardening to underserved populations in the area). Especially, finding a house that is perfect for my family is the most difficult task since we Koreans lack local real estate knowledge. That is why we need a very smart, proactive and faithful realtor to help us out.
