Caitlin Montalvo is an Associate Broker with Monticello Real Estate and she has been helping clients buy and sell houses for the past three years.

Team Monticello has been working hard behind the scenes to profile each of our agents. The result is this short video that profiles Caitlin.  Watch it here.

When Caitlin isn't working with clients, she spends a lot of time giving back to the community. She has been a part of the Junior League of Albany for the past 10 years and is currently VP of Nominating on the Board of Directors. Caitlin is also on the Board of Girls Incorporated of the Greater Capital Region, where she is the Chair of the Philanthropy Committee. In addition, Caitlin is very involved with Friends of The Albany Fund for Education which is supports the Albany Fund for Education.

Caitlin also finds time to serve on the Women's Business Council for the Capital Region Chamber's Programming Committee and sits on the Board of the Helderber Neighborhood Association where she compiles the quarterly newsletter.

Caitlin is married to her husband, Ramfis, who is an Actuarial Analyst with MVP Healthcare in Schenectady. They live in Albany and have an adopted 4 year-old boxer mix named Rylee. Caitlin is passionate about adopting animals and giving them a forever home. They adopted Rylee from Homeward Bound Rescue and she has been a great addition to their family. Caitlin often refers to Rylee as "her best friend."  Rylee is about to be a big "sister" in a few months, as Caitlin is due with a baby boy in February.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys skiing, exercising, gardening, and decorating her home.

Her real estate motto is "Because I love helping." She finds her passion with helping people find the perfect home.

You can contact Caitlin at or at 518-944-8228.
