Congratulations on starting the process of buying a home!

I am so excited that you had decided it is time to look at homes and begin the home buying process! I would be honored to be joining you along this journey. It is an awesome experience, but can be an emotional process. Remember, it is normal to experience ever emotion- excitement, scared, happy, overwhelmed and more… This process doesn’t happen over night, but my promise to you is that you will get to the closing table with me and have fun while doing so.

My job is to educate you throughout this process. I am here to answer questions and help you along the way. I will also make sure you speak and work with the best people along the way, from attorneys, to the right banks, and inspectors. So ask questions and have fun!

The best place to start is by getting pre-approved with a mortgage lender/bank, to know what you are able to spend and more importantly what you are comfortable spending on a home.  By starting with the pre-approved process this while help with keeping expectations in line. So once you are pre-approved, lets get started and find you your home. There are many products out there for your mortgage so make sure you discuss to see which one will fit your needs the best.
